How long will it take my order to process for shipment?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for an order to be packed for local pick-up OR a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5-10 business days* (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5-7 business days*, Express orders can still take up to 3-5 business days*, and Rush orders* can still take up to 1-3 business day* to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Custom pieces are subject to longer than normal processing times as they are made to order.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days* do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or the Shipping chart above.

La Femme Rebelle Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. In the event your order is lost OR stolen, please contact your local carrier service to file a dispute. Items lost or stolen by parcel service will not be replaced. All items are insured; and lost or undelivered orders must be disputed for final resolution.

Can I purchase a return shipping label?
Yes! Please contact your local carrier for postal fees and locations.
La Femme Rebelle Clothing does not offer free return shipping. All return costs are incurred by the shopper.
Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges; however, Shoppers are welcome you to return item(s) by mail or at in-person pick-up in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
What items are final sale?
All custom concert tees, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories and sale items cannot be returned for store credit unless defective or LFR error.
Online Return Policy
To initiate a return, shopper must login to the Shopper Accounts. All return items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving the returned order items, LFR will send a store credit in the form of an e-code that cannot be combined with any other offer. Therefore, promotional codes and markdowns are forfeited.
Any order items sent back past the 7-day return window will be marked "Return to Sender". Any lost or unreturned items sent outside of the 7-day return window are considered a loss to shopper as LFR assumes no further responsibilty and considers the order fulfilled.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return drop-offs are not accepted after 7 days of delivery.
What is the Private Shopping Returns Policy?
We do not provide refunds. All items shopped in LFR Showroom are "Final Sale". The following items are also considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in our Showroom:

What about returning online orders during a Private Shopping Experience?
Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of an eGift Card that cannot be combined with any other offer. Therefore, promotional codes and markdowns are forfeited.
All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service in order to receive a return label and full refund in the form of an eGift Card.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
LFR reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in our showroom and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Local Pick-Ups are Monday-Friday at 5pm; Saturday and Sunday at 12:30pm.
Shoppers should be prompt. All scheduled pick-ups have a 15-minute grace period reflected in their Google calendar invite. All pick-up attempts made outside of the assigned Google calendar invite window will not be honored and must be rescheduled. After 2 pick-up attempts have been missed, orders are considered abandoned and an invoice for shipping is sent. Unpaid shipping invoices result in order items being restocked and the shopper refunded with store credit in the form of an eGift Card.
Once an order is placed, processed and payment is verified shoppers will receive email notifications about order status. SMS notifications are no longer available. La Femme Rebelle Clothing assumes no responsibility in missed notifications. Shoppers must ensure there is an email address assigned to their shopping profile for local pick-ups. Pick-Up notifications are sent via email in the form of Google calendar invites. Local pick-ups are scheduled by LFR based on availability and order volume. If shoppers are unable to make their scheduled pick-up a declined Google calendar invite is required. After 2 pick-up attempts have been missed an invoice for shipping is sent. Unpaid shipping invoices result in order items being restocked and the shopper refunded with store credit in the form of an eGift Card.
